Simple Monday night meal: sesame tahini stir fried veggies with miraclenoodle angel hair!! The miracle noodle is great because I can eat the entire pouch without feeling guilty the veggies are mushrooms, onion, garlic, broccoli, carrots, and edamame! Tahini is a vegan superfood for packing in the nutrients we sometimes miss on a vegan diet. It’s mild in flavor, so be sure to add your preferred seasonings!!
