COOKIE + CARAMEL ICE CREAM 
Oh my gosh this was so delicious, so easy to make and I didn’t use any appliances. You can add any extras to flavour it like cookies, sauces, candy etc – I used oreo cookies and caramel sauce 
Most people would whip the coconut cream first but I’m lazy and skipped it altogether and it’s amazing as it is 
What I used:
320g can of Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
400g can of Coconut cream
Extras:
1 pack Oreos, broken up
1/4 cup caramel sauce
Add the coconut cream to a bowl. I used the thick creamy part on top and not the liquid.
Slowly add in the condensed milk and mix together until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the broken Oreos and caramel sauce. You can use any extras you like to give it flavour.
Transfer to a container. I used one that’s 18cm x 10cm. Cover and freeze overnight. Serve and enjoy!
I used naturescharm sweetened condensed coconut milk, coconut whipping cream and coconut caramel sauce
