Chelsea stars spend international break watching NBA side Miami Heat in action against the Brooklyn Nets as they get personalised jerseys and meet the players as they enjoy their time off

Chelsea players have been enjoying the international break with four stars in attendance to watch NBA franchise the Miami Heat.

Romelu Lukaku, Hakim ZIyech, Trevoh Chalobah and Kepa Arrizabalaga were stateside to see the Brooklyn Nets secure a 110-95 win over Miami at the FTX Arena in Florida.

The quartet were gifted jerseys with their names and Chelsea shirt numbers on the back of the Heat’s iconic black vests.

Chelsea keeper Arrizabalaga also posed for photos with shooting guard Duncan Robinson and All-Star centre Bam Adebayo.

NBA Europe also posted photos of the players taking their seats in the VIP section courtside for the action.

The Heat’s defeat saw them drop to second in the Western Conference behind the Boston Celtics with a 47-28 record.

Lukaku was one of several big names dropped by Belgium boss Roberto Martinez for the current international break, alone with Kevin De Bruyne and Eden Hazard.

The Belgian striker and Ziyech was also in attendance to see the Brooklyn Nets beat the Utah Jazz at home last week.

Chalobah, like Lukaku and Ziyech, is also a big basketball fan and was at Madison Square Garden to see the New York Knicks lose to the Utah Jazz a day before they played the Nets.

Arrizabalaga was overlooked in favour of Unai Simon, Robert Sanchez and David Raya for Luis Enrique’s current selection so headed to America with his girlfriend and former basketball player Andrea Martinez.

Chelsea return to action after the international break on Saturday when they play Brentford.
